| 摘 要： | 以院长这一特殊角色为切入点，探讨了当今医院文化建设过程中院长可能存在的认识和判断的误区；提出医院文化建设过程中院长的六个独特作用：院长要从战略的高度认识并重视医院文化的建设、要做医院文化的引领者和推动者、要对医院文化建设多投入多支持、要及时总结和升华文化建设的成果、要惩治医院文化建设中的不和谐因素，形成1＋1〉2的医院团队、要按照事物发展规律形成一套合理的医院文化建设模式。

| Abstract: | Focused on the special role of hospital president in hospital culture construction, the misleading and misunderstandings of president＇ s roles are discussed. President＇ s 6 roles in hospital culture construction as well as strategy plan hospital culture construction, leading and promoting hospital culture construction, supporting, summarizing and sublimating positive resuh, preventing negative factors and shaping an effective hospital culture construction team and a rational hospital culture construction mode. |
