对女性AIDS易感人群性健康教育的对策探讨

目的　通过对女性AIDS易感人群的性行为、性病就治方面的调查 ,探讨性健康教育和AIDS防治的重要性。方法　用自编调查问卷向女性商业性工作者和对照人群作调查 ,了解有关性行为、性感受、性病就医等方面的问题 ,并作统计学分析。结果　调查组的不健康性行为、不良性感受情况和患性病后非正规就医的情况明显高于对照组 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。结论　加强性道德教育 ,树立健康性观念 ,有助于减少女性AIDS易感人群 ;普及和加强对AIDS知识的宣传教育 ,有助于树立正确的就医观念 ,早期发现和治疗AIDS。

Study on sex health education for AIDS high-risk group

Objective To survey of the sex behavior and the health care seeking behavior of STD in female AIDS high risk group and to study importance on sex health education and prevention of AIDS. Methods The questionnaire of the sexual behavior and sexual experience and the health care seeking behavior of STD were used both in the commercial sex works and in the other occupational women and the two groups were surveyed and compared. Results The sex behavior and the health care seeking behavior of STD were with significant difference between women in the commercial female sex workers and women in the other role.Conclusion The education of knowledge attitude belief and practice will be helpful to reduce number of commercial female sex worker. Further the risk factors causing AIDS should be decreased.
