金纳多注射液和科素亚联用治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的了解金纳多注射液和科素亚联用治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效。方法将64例DN患者随机分成2组：观察组与对照组。二组均予一般治疗：DN饮食及胰岛素注射控制血糖，观察组予以金纳多注射液及科素亚联合治疗，对照组予以复方丹参注射液及圣通平联合治疗。疗程4周。结果经治疗后观察组与对照组比较，观察组尿微量白蛋白（UMA）显著降低（P〈0．01），尿素氮（BUN）显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论金纳多注射液和科素亚联用能有效降低DN患者UMA及BuN，对DN患者保护肾功能有一定的临床疗效。

A Study on the Efficacy of Ginaton Injection Solution Combined with Losartan Potassium tablets in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the efficacy of Ginaton injection solution combined with Losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of patients of diabetic nephropathy( DN). Method 64 DN patients were divided randomly into 2 groups: 32 patients as the Observation Group, who were treated by Ginaton injection solution combined with losartan potassium tablets; others as the Reference Group, who were treated by Injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita combined with Nifedipine sustained release tablets.Both of the groups were treated by ordinary treatment :the diet of DN and the blood glucose were controlled by insulin injection. Both of the treatment courses were 4 weeks.Results Compared with the Reference Group, the treatment of the Observation Group had considerably lowered Microalbuminuria (P<0.01) and Blood urea nitrogen (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginaton injection solution combined with losartan potassium tablets can effectively lower DN patients' Microalbuminuria and Blood urea nitrogen, which has clinical importance to the protection of DN patients' kidney function.
