改良自体软骨移植矫正鼻尖塌陷

目的：改良的自体软骨塑形移植矫正鼻尖塌陷畸形。方法：取右侧第7肋软骨或鼻中膈软骨、耳廓软骨，自体肋软骨(同时进行鼻背充填)塑形成柳叶形假体、鼻小柱支架和“子弹头”状软骨块、或鼻中隔软骨修戍鼻小拄支架、耳廓软骨塑形戍“子弹头”状充填鼻尖矫正鼻尖塌陷畸形。结果：应用自体软骨塑形后组合移植填充治疗鼻尖塌陷7例，取得良好效果，随访1年，无不良反应。结论：通过对自体软骨改良塑形进行移植是一种矫正鼻尖塌陷的良好方法。

The reformative plastic technique of correcting nasal tip depression with auto-cartilage

Objective To correct the deformity of nasal tip depression with a improved method with auto-cartilages. Methods The cartilages derived from the sventh rib cartilage or septal cartilage and auricle cartilage were sculpted to different shapes such as willow leaf and strut and "bullet"shape to fill nasal back and column and tip for correcting nasal tip depression. Results Seven patients with the deformity of nasal tip depression and short column were treated with autogenous cartilage,good results were achieved without any sequlae after one year follow-op. Conclusion Good results were achieved with sculpted auto cartilages transfer to correct nasal tip depression by by the reformative method.
