| 摘 要： | 目的：建立脂肝清胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Hypersil BDS—C18柱（4．6mm×200mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（14：86），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为240nm。结果：栀子苷在0．139～0．834μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9995），平均加样回收率为101．0％，RSD=1．50％（n=6）。结论：本方法灵敏、准确、重复性好，为脂肝清胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhiganqing capsule. Methods ：HPLC was used,the column was Hypersil BDS-Cls（4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （14： 86）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was set at 240 nm. Results：There was good linearity in range of 0.139-0.834 μg （r=0.999 5）, for geniposide.Tbe average recoveries was 101.0%, RSD= 1.50%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and provides a basis for the quality control of Zhiganqing capsule. |
