| 摘 要： | 目的为确保新型复方含氯消毒剂安全性 ,进行相应的毒理学评价。方法采用小鼠急性经口和吸入毒性试验 ,家兔完整和破损皮肤刺激试验 ,家兔急性眼刺激试验 ,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验。结果小鼠急性口服LD50>5000mg/kgBW和吸入LC502h>10000mg/m3,消毒剂应用液的5倍浓度对家兔完整和破损皮肤、眼睛均属无刺激性。小鼠骨髓微核试验结果为阴性 ,PCE/NCE>1。结论该消毒剂在一定条件使用对人是安全的

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety of the disinfectant.Methods The acute oral and inhalation toxicity in mice,the skin and eye irritation of the rabbits,and the effect on the micronucleus frequency of bone marrowcells in mice were studied.Results The oral LD 50 and inhalational LC 50 2h among mice were higher than5000mg/kgBW and10000mg/m 3 respectively.There was no skin and eye irritation in rabbits after being contacted to the disinfectant of five time using concentration.The disinfectant had no significant effect on the micronucleus rate of bone marrowcells in mice.PCE/NCE>1.Conclusion The results indicate that the disinfectant is safe for human under certain using condition. |
