空气中乙胺的气相色谱测定方法研究

摘    要:本文建立了对空气中乙胺用硅胶管采集、稀硫酸解吸、气相色谱分析的新方法,系统地研究了样品采集、洗脱、干扰及气相色谱分离条件等技术。本法现场应用效果满意。其精密度为2.2~4.2%,检出下限为0.011μg/4μl,采样效率为99.5%,解吸效率为98%。

Abstract:This study established a new gas chromatography method to determine ethylamine in workplace air.A silica gel tube was used to trap ethylamine in the working environment and diluted sufuric acid was used for elution.The se- parating conditions of the chromatographic column,the collection and desorbing of the sample,as well as the interference factors were studied.The method can be used for the determination of ethylamine in workplace air with good results. The accuracy of analysis is 2.3-4.2%,and the detectable limit is 0.011ug/4ul. Sampling efficiency and desorbing efficiency are 99.5% and 98.0%,respectively.
