| 摘 要： | 目的:评价糖末宁煎剂配合α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将40例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为2组。治疗组予糖末宁煎剂50mL,2次/天口服,连续2周;α-硫辛酸(ALA)。对照组予甲钴胺针剂。结果:治疗组有效率达90.47%,明显高于对照组的63.15%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组神经传导速度的改善较对照组明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示:采用糖末宁配合ALA治疗DPN患者取得了很好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:This trial is in order to evaluate the effect of Tangmoning and alpha-lipoic acid(ALA)on the DPN.Methods:40 DPN patients are randomly divided into two groups.Therapeutic group is treated with Tangmoning 50ml(my tutor' experienced formula,including:yanhusuo,jixueteng,dansen,et al).Bidpo and ALA 600mg which is added in the 0.9% N.S.250ml Qdiv for two continuous weeks.Control group is treated with mecobalamine 500μg IMI QD for two continuous weeks.Results:The effective power of therapeutic group is 90.47%,which is higher than 63.15% of control group(P<0.05);the NCV of therapeutic group is obviously improved than the control group after the treatment,and has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:That Tangmoning and alpha-lipoic acid(ALA)treat DPN patients gets very good clinic effect. |
