| 摘 要： | 踝关节周围骨折或关节内骨折，无论是经手法整复外固定还是切开复位内固定，在治疗后期多遗留不同程度的功能障碍。本法发挥中药外治多种疗法组合的优势，以薰洗为主，配合主动及被动锻炼、穴位按摩等方法，辨证论治。通过临床观察，认为疗效良好，现报告如下。
