医务人员手清洁与消毒的方法分析

摘    要:目的 探讨医务人员手清洁与消毒有效、方便可行的方法。方法 对15个病区随机分组进行两种效果对比:一是两种清洁剂清洁手效果对比;二是消毒剂消毒手效果对比;三是两种擦手巾的细菌含量检测和成本核算对照。结果 用清洁剂的液皂和固皂洗手后平均菌落数分别为0.32和9.31,(t=5.05,P<0.001);用消毒剂的洛本清泡沫剂、洗必太酒精、过氧乙酸湿毛巾消毒手后其杀菌率分别为89.1、87.8、98.5(t=0.06,P>0.05,t=0.91,P>0.05):用小毛巾、纸巾擦手后的含菌量分别为0.16cfu/cm2及0.1 2cfu/cm2。结论 清洁手用液皂效果好;消毒手用洗必太酒精作为手快速消毒剂,必要时用纸巾擦干手,其消毒效果和成本均为最佳。

Abstract:Objective To explore the cleaning methods of medical staff hands with disinfection conveniently and effectively. Methods To proceed contrast of two effect by random allocation of 15 district: The first was effect contrast of two cleanliness; The second was effect contrast of two disinfectors; The third was two fowels contrast of bacteria amount and cost. Result The average bacteria amount was liquid soap 0.32 and solid soap 9.31(t=5.05, P<0. 001) after wash hands with cleanliness, The sterilization rate of disinfection were: Antiseptic 89.1, Alcohol 87.8 and Peracetic 98.5 (t=0.06, P>0. 05, t=0.91, P>0.05); The bacteria amount that the small towel were 0.16 cfu/cm2 and the paper towel were 0. 12 cfu/ cm2. Conclusion The effect of liquid soaps are well for cleaning hands. But disinfection and cost less are the best methods that the Alcohol Hibitane was used quick disinfection of hands or use the paper towel to wipe the hands.
