包头地区常见恶性肿瘤与社会心理因素关系的调查

目的 :调查包头地区 2 0 0 0年 1月 - 2 0 0 1年 8月 891名恶性肿瘤构成比与社会心理因素的关系。方法 :选取居住包头地区 10年以上 ,就诊于包头市肿瘤医院等 6家综合医院的恶性肿瘤患者 891例及与肿瘤发病无明显关系的其他良性疾病 30 0例患者 ,对其一般情况、生活环境、饮食因素等内容进行调查。结果 :891名恶性肿瘤患者中 ,平均年龄 5 2 5岁 ,女性多于男性 ,男性以肺癌为主 ,女性以乳腺癌为主。环境因素、职业因素、饮食因素、心理因素、既往疾病史等与恶性肿瘤的发生有一定的关联。结论 :社会心理因素在包头地区常见恶性肿瘤发病中起着较为重要的作用 ,把这些因素应用于临床实践中将十分重要 ,因此预防癌症也应关注心理、行为、环境、遗传等诸多方面

Research into the Relationship between Common Malignant Tumours and Socio-psychological Factors in Baotou Area

Objective To research into the relationship between malignant tumours constituent ratio and socio-psychological factors among 891 cases of malignant tumours in Baotou area during the period from January,2000 to August,2001.Methods The 891 cases of malignant tumours and the 300 cases of other benign diseases,that were not notably related with tumour attack,were selected.All of them were under medical treatment in the Baotou Tumour Hospital and other five major hospitals,and the inhabitants lived in Baotou area for more than 10 year.Their general status,conditions of life and diet were surveyed.Results There were more women than men among 891 cases of malignant tumours,aged 52.5 years on the average.Lung cancer and mammary cancer dominated over malignant tumours in Baotou area,with lung cancer mainly in the male and mammary cancer mainly in the female.The factors of environment,occupation,diet,psychology and disease history were correlative with the occurrence of malignant tomours.Conclusions Socio-psychological factors play an important role in occurrence of malignant tumours in Baotou area,and it is very important for these factors to be put into clinical practice.Therefore,the factors of psychology,behaviour,environment and heredity should be taken into account while preventing cancer.
