乳腺活检的临床指征探讨

目的 :探讨了红外诊断乳腺疾患的意义和价值。方法 :对临床物理检查作了有目的地对比。结果 :发现二者可以互补 ,提高诊断正确率。并以评分制对乳腺疾患的临床活检指征试图提出一客观指标。结论 :乳腺活检与否有其一定的内在规律性 ,评分制的提出对临床医师尤其是非专科医师对判断一个乳腺疾患是否作出活检 ,以及选择活检的恰当时机有帮助。

Studies on indications of breast biopsy

Objective: To study indications of breast biopsy. Methods: Mammary diseases were diagnosed by infra-red transillumination and physical examination. The diagnostic accuracy by infra-red transillumination was compared with that by physical examination. The score criterion was drawn up. Result:Integration of infra-red transillumination and physical examination increased the diagnostic accuracy of mammary diseases. Conclusion: Three scores or more can be used as the indication of breast biopsy.
