| 摘 要： | 目的探讨现阶段中药品种保护制度的发展方向。方法通过对《中药品种保护指导原则》的学习,分析目前中药品种保护制度存在的问题及原因。结果与结论中药品种保护制度是一项有效保护中医药遗产的行政保护措施。但这项制度必须与时俱进,必须符合中医药事业发展不同时期的需求,真正实现保护发展、规范发展、促进发展的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussing the developing direction on protection system for TCM products. Methods Analyzing the problems and reasons thereof existing in the current protection system for TCM products by the studying of： Guideline for Protection of TCM Products. Results and Conclusions The protection system for TCM is an effective protection of the heritage of Chinese medicine administrative protective measures. However, this system must be increasing with the pharmaceutical industry, and must comply with the development of the demand for different periods of time, the real achieve purposes of the protection of the development, specification development and promotion of the development. |
