噻唑烷二酮类药物的研究进展

摘    要:综述了噻唑烷二酮类药物的临床应用及药效机制、毒性和副作用及作用机制两方面的最新研究进展。噻唑烷二酮类药物的生理效应和作用机制是医药界的研究热点之一。该类药物除主要用于糖尿病的预防和治疗外,在心血管疾病、炎症、牛皮癣、肿瘤等疾病的预防或治疗方面也显示出良好前景。在毒性和副作用方面,除了具有肝毒性和液体潴留、体重增加等毒性和副作用以外,该类药物还可导致骨质丢失。

Abstract:The enthusiasm of researchers for investigating the physiological effect and mechanism of thiazolidinediones is consistent. Besides being antidiabetic drugs, thiazolidinediones also have positive effects on other diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, inflammation, psoriasis, tumors, etc. However, thiazolidine-diones can cause weight gain, fluid retention and edema,and bone loss which has been reported in resent years. This paper summarizes the pharmacodynamical mechanism and clinical application, side effect and the related mechanism of thiazolidinediones.
