| 摘 要： | 研究了在硫酸介质中 ,铁催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应及动力学条件 ,建立了高灵敏测定痕量铁的新方法。线性范围 :0 0 0～ 0 80 μg/ 2 5ml;检出限 :0 2× 10 -9;RSD =2 1%。应用于人发、粮食、分析纯盐酸中痕量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意

| Abstract: | A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace iron is described.The method is based on the catalytic of rhodamine B with hydrogen peroxide in hydrochloric acid medium.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity for determining trace iron.The linear range of the determination is 0.00～0.80 μg/25 ml and the detection limit for iron is 0.2×10 -9 .RSD=2.1.The method has been used to determine trace iron in human hair gramn,hydrochloric acid used by analysis with satisfactory results |
