穿透性心脏损伤的急救和护理

目的：探讨穿透性心脏损伤的紧急救治和术后的监护措施。方法：根据致伤原因和病人就诊时伤情，对22例穿透性心脏损伤的患者采用如下急救和监护措施：迅速建立多条静脉通道，保持呼吸道通畅，开胸心脏按压，尽快手术修补心脏伤口，术后严密监护，及时发现并处理术后低心排，心律失常，呼衰和肾功能障碍等并发症；严密观察并及时处理脑损害和后遗症。结果：22例中死亡7例（31.8％），救治成功15例（68．2％）。结论：积极快速抢救和术后严密监护是穿透性心脏损伤救治成功的关键。

The Emergent Treatment and Nursing of the Patients with Penetrating Wounds of the Heart

objective:To investigate the emergent treatment of penetrating wounds of the heart and nursing method after operating.Methods:According to the cause and situation of the wound the following methods were carried out in 22 patients with penetrating wounds of the heart:To set up several intravenous infusion rapidly;to keep the breathing unobstructed;to press arrested heart through operating chest;to suture the wound immediately;to keep close monitor after operating and to nurse with the best care;to find and manage the low cardiac output,arrhythmia,failure of the respiration and kidney etc.To keep chose observation and to treat brain's damage and delay complications.Results:Seven died and 15 survived in 22 patients.Conclusion:The important method is to rescue rapidly and to keep close monitor for curing penetrating wounds of the heart.
