| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD44分子在非霍杰金淋巴瘤组织中表达及其在T细胞和B细胞型非霍杰金淋巴瘤差异表达.方法应用恶性淋巴瘤病理组织切片进行免疫组化(S-P)分析、检测56例非霍杰金淋巴瘤病理组织和10例正常淋巴结中CD44阳性率.结果非霍杰金淋巴瘤组织CD44阳性率为90%,实验组与正常对照组阳性率差异有显著性(P <0.01),实验组CD44阳性率在T细胞及B细胞型非霍杰金淋巴瘤之间差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 CD44可能在淋巴瘤的发生发展过程中起一定的作用,可作为潜在的预后指标.

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the expression of CD44 molecule in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) and the difference between T cell and B cell NHL.Methods Immunohistochemistry detection(S-P method) was carried out to detect the expression of CD44 in 56 cases of NHL and 10 cases of normal lymph node.Results The expression rate of CD44 was about 90% in NHL and there was no statistic difference between T cell and B cell NHL.Conclusion CD44 might be involved in the occurrence and development of lymphoma and a potential index of prognosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. |
