原发性肺囊性空洞癌的影像学诊断

目的：探讨囊样空洞型肺癌的影像学表现。材料与方法：收集经X线、CT检查并经手术、病理证实的27例原发性囊样空洞癌进行分析研究。结果：囊样空洞癌具有下列特征：空洞呈囊性，壁薄，洞张力较高；囊腔内壁有附壁“结节影”（癌结），腔内有液体，在短期观察中“癌结”、“囊腔大小”、“囊壁的厚度”和“腔内液量”均有动态变化。结论：X线、CT表现均有诊断价值，凭借这些特征性表现可作出正确诊断。

Imageing Diagnosis of the Primary Cystic Cavity Carcinoma of Lung

Purpose:To study imaging findings of primary cystocavitative pulmonary carcinoma.Materials and Methods:27 cases with primary cysto-cavitative pulmonary carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results:Cysto-cavitative Carcinomas have such as characteristic features:The cavity is cystoid and its wall is thin,high tension in the cavity,node image adheved to the inner wall of the cavity is observed (carcinoma node),there is liguid in the cavity.During the shore period of observation,carcinoma node,dimension of the cavity,thickness of the cavity wall and volume of liquid in the cavity have dynamic changes.Conclusion:Primary cysto-cavitative pulmonary carcinoma have characteristic X-ray and CT findings.So can do correct diagnosis by these characteristic findings.
