| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白肾的形成机制及临床意义。方法回顾性分析经外科手术或保守治疗确诊的11例白肾的临床及X线静脉肾盂造影(IVP)表现,其中有3例还作了逆行肾盂造影。结果11例白肾患者中,输尿管阳性结石7例,阴性结石3例,一例为输尿管子宫内膜异位症。结石排出或摘除后复查IVP,肾盂肾盏显影恢复正常,白肾征象消失。结论白肾是急性完全性输尿管梗阻在IVP上较特征性的表现,及时诊断并解除梗阻可避免肾功能受到进一步损害。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the forming mechanism and the clinic significance of white kidney sign by IVP. Methods The clinic data and X-ray manifestations on intravenous pyelography (IVP)of 11 cases with white kidney confirmed by surgery or conservative therapy were retrospectively reviewed, while the additional retrograde pyelography were attached as an extra in 3 cases. Results Among 1lcases, there were the nonradiolucent calculus in 7 cases, radiolucent calculus in 3 and 1 with ureteral endometriosis. After ureteral calculi were expelled out, the renal function was quickly recovered and white kidney phenomenon disappeared on IVP in all cases. Conclusions The white kidney on IVP is the character sign of the ureteral obstruction. The further damage of renal function can be ceased if the obstruction release in time. |
