| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨供肾动脉带主动脉袖口预防移植肾动脉狭窄的效果。方法:对955例(1030例次)行肾移植患者的肾移植供肾动脉,全部采用主动脉袖口与受者髂内动脉吻合。应用彩色多普勒血流B超及移植肾动脉血管造影排除移植肾动脉狭窄。结果:955例(1030例次)肾移植无一例出现移植肾动脉狭窄。结论:供肾动脉带腹主动脉袖口可以防止移植后肾动脉狭窄发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the prevention of renal artery stenosis in kidney transplantation with aortic cuff.Methods:From January, 1995 to June, 2004, 955 patients(1030 cases of transplantation) underwent renal transplantation and had normal renal fuction for more than 3 months, 625 male, 330 Female. At the time of operation, the mean age was 41 years. All donor renal arteries with aortic cuff were anastomosed to the recipient's internal iliac artery. Color flow duplex ultrasound and renal transplant angiography was used in suspicious patients to diagnose renal artery stenosis.Results:No patient in 1030 cases was found havingtransplant renal artery stenosis.Conclusions:Renal artery with aortic cuff can prevent renal artery stenosis in kidney transplantation. |
