碘伏原液对196例急性阑尾炎预防切口感染的疗效观察

目的 了解应用碘伏原液冲洗切口预防切口感染。方法 将386例急性阑尾炎手术病人随机分成两组。分别用碘伏原液加生理盐水冲洗切口和单用生理盐水冲洗切口，观察术后预防切口感染的效果。结果 应用碘伏原液组切口感染率为0．51％，生理盐水组切口感染率为5．26％。两组相比差异有显著性。结论 碘伏原液冲洗切口可有效降低手术切口感染发生率。

Observation of original iodine liquid for prevention of incision infection about 175 cases of acute appendicitis

[Objective] To understand the concept of cleaning the incision with pure iodine liquid for preventing the incision infection. [Method] To observe the difference between the effects of preventing incision infection afteroperation, we divide the 386 cases of acute appendicitis patients during operation into two groups; the one uses iodine liquid mixed with natri chloride to clean injured incision; and the other with the pure natri chloride. [Result] The rate of incision infection of those who cleaned the incision with pure iodine liquid is 0.51%; and with natri chloride is 5.26%. There is an evident difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] The rate of incision after operation infection decreases more effectively for those who use the pure iodine liquid to clean the incision.
