| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对浙江省社区特奥运动发展进行调查。结果表明：社区特奥运动发展受内部和外部两个因素的制约,外部因素主要是社区缺乏对特奥运动的宣传,民众缺乏对特奥运动的认识。内部因素主要是社区特奥运动发展中自身遇到的问题,包括人力、财力和物力。依据上述出现的问题,结合浙江省实际情况,提出了相应的对策,旨在促进浙江省乃至全国社区特奥运动更好地开展。
