人工全髋关节置换术后患者心理体验的质性研究

目的深入了解人工全髋关节置换术后患者的心理体验。方法采用现象学方法对10例初次行髋关节置换术的患者进行半结构式访谈,将访谈内容进行总结、归纳和提炼。结果提炼出髋关节置换术后患者的心理体验主题:对治疗有信心、期待良好的治疗效果以及对术后康复有担忧。结论医护人员应关注人工髋关节置换术后患者的心理体验,对患者进行个体化心理护理,重视家属和患者的参与及良好的医患关系在治疗及康复中的作用,加强健康教育,促进患者术后早日康复。

Postoperative Psychological Experience in Patients undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty. A Qualitative Study

Objective To explore the patients＇ perception after total hip arthroplasty （THA）. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to investigate 10 initial THA patients. Phenomenological method was used to analyze and refine the data. Results The themes of patients＇ perception on THA were refined as follows： confidence in the treatment, expendation of the ideal therapeutic effect and worrying about the rehabilitation after surgery. Conclusion Medical staff should attach more attention on the patients＇perception after THA, provide the individualized psychological nursing for patients, focus on the effects of the participation of the families and patients and a good doctor-patient relationship in the treatment and rehabilitation, and strengthen health education to promote the speedy recovery of patients.
