水凝胶冷敷贴辅助治疗骨折患者急性期肢体肿胀的效果

目的探讨水凝胶冷敷贴辅助治疗四肢闭合性骨折患者急性期肢体肿胀的效果。方法 2009年10月至2011年10月便利抽样法选取在华中科技大学同济医学院附属孝感医院骨二科治疗的224例四肢闭合性骨折患者为研究对象,按床号单双数将其分为对照组(n=114)和观察组(n=110)。对照组患者采取抬高患肢置于功能位,并进行消肿、抗渗出药物治疗。观察组患者在此基础上辅助采用水凝胶冷敷贴于患处,连续治疗5d后,比较两组患者肢体消肿时间及总体疗效。结果与对照组对比,观察组患者采用水凝胶冷敷贴治疗后,肢体消肿时间明显缩短,总体疗效明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论水凝胶冷敷贴能促进四肢骨折患者肢体肿胀的消退,缩短了消肿时间,有明显的辅助治疗作用。

Clinical Effects of Hydrogel Cold Patch in Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Swelling Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Hydrogel Cold Patch for the treatment of limbs closed fracture during the acute phase of limb swelling. Methods From October 2009 to October 2011,224 patients with limb fracture by single double bed numbers were divided into control group（n= 114） and observational group（n=110）. The patients in the control group raised the affected limb,and placed it in the functional position, combined with detumescence and anti-exudative drug treatment. Based on the treatment in the control group, the experimental group underwent the auxiliary application of Hydrogel Cold Patch sticking on the surface of the skin for 5 consecutive days. Then comparisons were conducted on limb swelling time and overall efficacy between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the swelling time in the observational group was significantly shortened and the overall effect was obviously improved after Hydrogel Cold Patch for the treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion In terms of promoting fracture of limbs in patients with limb swelling and reducing the swelling time, Hydrogel Cold Patch has obvious auxiliary therapy effect, in reducing the incidence of complications and increasing patients ＇comfort.
