| Abstract: | For the border military hospitals, how to adapt to the new situation and realize scientific development, are the most important tasks to be faced under the new situation. According to the practice, the author proposed to improve the hospital development constantly with these efforts： adhere to the scientific orientation of the hospital, set up science overall planning, strengthen management and discipline construction, and improve leadership style. |
