军队卫生事业管理专业硕士工作能力评价

目的研究军队卫生事业管理专业硕士对自身能力的评价。方法通过问卷调查的形式对108名军队卫生事业管理专业硕士进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学描述。结果优势能力评价指标中综合表达能力、外语应用能力、组织协调能力排在前三位;亟待提高能力评价指标中人文知识、对外部环境反应能力、计划决策能力排在前三位。结论军队卫生事业管理专业硕士研究生培养体制需要完善。

Evaluation and Analysis on. the Graduates Capabilities of Military Health Administration

Objective To analyze and evaluate the self - abilities of Graduates Training of Military Health Administration. Methods 108 graduates of Military Health Administration were surveyed in the form of question- naires and the responses were stated with the statistic method. Results The expressing ability, the English using ability and the organizing ability rank first, second and third separately in the advance evaluation. The civil knowl- edge, the feedback ability and the planning ability rank first, second and third separately in the ability of badly in need of improving evaluation. Conclusion The system of cultivating Graduates Training of Military Health Admin- istration needs to be consummated.
