循证护理对精神分裂症患者社会功能康复的影响

目的探讨循证护理促进精神分裂症患者社会功能康复的作用。方法将112例精神分裂症住院患者随机分为研究组和对照组各56例。对照组采用精神科常规治疗与护理,对患者进行抗精神病药物治疗及指导;研究组在常规治疗与护理的基础上,实施循证护理干预。比较两组患者治疗2个月后的阳性与阴性症状量表(the positive and negativesyndrome scale,PANSS)及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)得分。结果两组患者经过2个月的治疗后,PANSS总分及各因子分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后SDSS总分及各因子分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后SDSS总分及各因子分与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循证护理干预有助于提高精神分裂症患者职业能力、社交能力、家庭功能、生活能力等方面的康复效果。

Effects of Evidence-based Nursing on Rehabilitation of Social Function in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with schizophrenia on the rehabilitation of social function. Methods A total of 112 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 56 cases in each group. All the patients underwent antipsychotic treatment and guidance according to the routine psychiatric treatment and nursing strategy. Then the patients in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention. Ater 2 months＇ treatment, comparisons were conducted on the scores of the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS） and social disability screening scale （SDSS） of the two groups. Results After 2 months＇ treatment,the total PANSSP score and the scores of other items were significantly lower than those before the treatment of the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences on the total SDSS score and the scores of other items of the control group（P;0.05）. The total SDSS score and the scores of other items after the treatment of the experimental group were significantly different from those before the treatment in the experimental group and those after the treatment in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing interventions help improve the recovery effect of schizophrenia vocational ability, social skills, family functioning, life skills and other aspects of rehabilitation.
