| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌患者术后并发食管气管瘘的原因及护理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2011年6月在中山大学肿瘤防治中心胸科住院的20例食管癌术后并发食管气管瘘患者的临床资料。在护理上加强病情观察、胸腔引流管的护理、胃肠减压的护理、营养支持的护理、舒适护理及饮食宣教。结果 20例患者均康复出院。结论加强对食管癌患者术后并发食管气管瘘的针对性护理,可以有效地促进患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes and nursing interventions of patients after esophageal cancer surgery of esophago-tracheal fistula. Methods From June 2008 to June 2011, the clinical data of 20 patients with esophago-tracheal fistula after esophageal cancer surgery in the hospital were analyzed retro-spectively. All the patients received a serial careful observation, concerning chest tube care, decompression of stomach care, nutritional support and clinical dietary guidance. Results All the patients were discharged after complete recovery. Conclusion The specialized nursing intervention for the patients with esophagotracheal fistula ensures a speedy recovery. |
