| 摘 要： | 目的观察阴道分娩时卡孕栓(卡前列甲酯栓)配伍缩宫素预防产后出血的效果。方法 600例产妇随机分为两组,观察组300例,对照组300例,两组产妇均在胎儿娩出后立即用缩宫素20U宫底注射,观察组同时用卡孕栓1粒(1mg)置入直肠内(深度5cm为宜)。比较两组产妇第三产程时间、产后2h及产后24h内出血总量。结果两组产妇在第三产程时间、产后2h出血量、产后24h内出血总量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡孕栓配伍缩宫素对预防阴道分娩产后出血效果明显且是一种、简单、方便、安全、实用的治疗方法。
