中西医结合治疗儿童股骨干骨折的经验体会

目的:探讨儿童股骨干骨折的正骨疗法。方法:采用骨骼牵引加手法整复、夹板外固定、外敷、内服中药、功能锻炼等方法治疗儿童股骨干骨折80例,并观察其临床疗效。结果:中西医结合疗法优越于单一的西医或中医疗法,临床因病施治,吸取中西医疗法的优点,可避免手术内固定时对骨膜及软组织的创伤,减少并发症,并缩短骨折愈合时间。本组治愈78例,好转2例,治愈率达97.5%。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童股骨干骨折疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
