脊柱结核96例治疗方案及疗效观察

目的:探讨脊柱结核的治疗方案及临床疗效。方法:根据96例患者具体病情选择恰当的手术方式,术后予以西药化疗和营养支持。结果:术后切口均一期愈合,无窦道形成,无血管损伤、大出血、气胸等并发症,2例脊柱结核复发,68例植骨融合,脊柱后凸畸形平均矫正82%。结论:结核病治疗全过程要贯穿正规的化疗,经前路病灶清除植骨一期内固定术治疗,对脊髓及神经根进行彻底减压,矫正脊柱后凸畸形,促进脊柱植骨融合。

Spinal Tuberculosis Treatment with 96 of Clinical Observation
