| 摘 要： | 目的:观察妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的临床特征及病理特征,探讨血清中CA199和CA724检测对判断肿瘤性质的临床价值,以指导临床工作。方法:选取375例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的患者,分析其临床特征、病理特征、CA199和CA724的表达等情况。结果:本组患者中,良性肿瘤320例,占85.33%;交界性肿瘤27例,占7.20%;恶性肿瘤28例,占7.47%。妊娠合并恶性肿瘤患者的CA199、CA724表达量明显高于妊娠合并交界性肿瘤及妊娠合并良性肿瘤患者。结论:妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤以良性居多,检测血清中CA199、CA724的表达对判断肿瘤性质有重要价值。
