神经梅毒11例临床分析

目的:探讨梅毒感染后神经系统损害的临床特点,减少误诊,提高临床医生的诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析本院2002-2009年收治的11例神经梅毒患者的临床资料。结果:11例患者均确诊为神经梅毒;其中8例予青霉素驱梅治疗,5例好转出院,2例无改善,1例无症状神经梅毒患者未复查腰穿,无法评估,3例未驱梅治疗出院。结论:神经梅毒好发于中年男性,其临床表现多样,容易误诊;早期发现,及时正规治疗,对本病预后有重大意义。

Analysis of the Clinical Features in Eleven Cases of Neurosyphilis
