Abstract:	Objectives Pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) remains a procedure that carries considerable morbidity. Numerous studies have evaluated factors to predict patients at risk. The aim of this study was to determine whether the surgical Apgar score (SAS) predicts perioperative morbidity and mortality.
