Abstract:	Background Tumors involving the pyloric channel have been considered as difficult lesions for successful endoscopic resection. We studied the feasibility of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) using retroflexion in the duodenum to resect the gastric neoplasia involving the pyloric channel.
