摘    要:本院2009~2011年收治的62例颈部外伤并发下呼吸道感染的患者,其痰液中分离出病原菌188菌,其中革兰阴性菌126株,占67.02%,革兰阳性菌株54株,占28.72%,真菌16株,占4.25%。药敏结果显示,革兰阳性菌对亚胺培南、头孢他啶、万古霉素和复方新诺明较敏感,革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、阿莫西林和头孢他啶较敏感。

Abstract:Subjects were 62 patients with neck trauma and a lower respiratory tract infection at this hospital from December 2009 to December 2011.One hundred and eight-eight types of pathogens were isolated from sputum samples.Of these,126 strains(67.02%) were Gram-negative bacteria while 54 were Gram-positive bacteria(28.72%) and 16 were fungi(4.25%).Antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated that Gram-positive bacilli were most susceptible to imipenem,cefotaxime,and vancomycin while Gram-negative bacilli were most susceptible to imipenem,amoxicillin,and cefotaxime.
