血清胱抑素C对早期急性肾功能衰竭患者的诊断意义

摘    要:目的探讨血清胱抑素C即(Cystatin C,Cyst C)对早期急性肾功能衰竭患者的诊断意义,总结血清胱抑素C对肾功能衰竭患者评价的临床价值。方法本文所选资料为2010年3月~2010年10月收治的早期急性肾功能衰竭患者80例。患者血清胱抑素浓度的测定应用乳胶颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法即(PETIA);血清肌酐浓度即Scr应用碱性苦味酸法测定;内生肌酐清除率即Ccr则采用标准24 h留尿计算法测定。随后比较血清胱抑素C、血清肌酐、内生肌酐与肾小球滤过率的相关性。结果均与肾小球滤过率呈显著性相关即P<0.01.尤其血清胱抑素C与肾小球滤过率相关性较明显。结论血清胱抑素C比血清肌酐与内生肌酐更准确地反映肾小球滤过功能,是较为可靠的指标。临床上诊断早期急性肾功能衰竭具有非常重要的价值。

Abstract:【Objective】 Understanding of serum cystatin C namely(Cystatin C,Cyst C) on early acute renal failure in patients with the diagnosis significance of serum cystatin C,for renal failure patients to evaluate the clinical value of.【Methods】 In this paper,the selected data from 2010 March~2010 October were in the early stage of acute renal failure in 80 cases.Serum cystatin concentration determination application particles of Latex particle enhanced immune turbidimetric method(PETIA);serum creatinine concentration Scr application basic picric acid method for the determination of endogenous creatinine clearance rate;Ccr uses the standard 24 h urine computational method for determination of glomerular filtration rate(GFR).【Results】 With the glomerular filtration rate was significantly related to P <0.01.Especially serum cystatin C and glomerular filtration rate correlation is obvious.【Conclusion】 Serum cystatin C than serum creatinine and creatinine more accurately reflect glomerular filtration function,is a more reliable index,in the clinical diagnosis of early acute renal failure has very important value.
