cyclin D1、cyclin E、p27在肾盂移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的  探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)、细胞周期素E(cyclin E)及p27在肾盂移行细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法  选择肾盂移行细胞癌手术切除标本63例，WHO(1998)病理分级：G112例、G240例、G311例；UICC(1997)TNM病理分期：Ta4例、T19例、T224例、T317例、T49例。11例因外伤切除正常肾盂组织作为正常对照组。应用免疫组化二步法检测组织中cyclin D1、cyclin E和p27的表达。结果  正常肾盂组织中，cyclin D1呈弱表达，cyclin E不表达，p27呈高表达；肾盂移行细胞癌组织中，cyclin D1与cyclin E表达显著增高(P＜0.05)，p27表达显著降低(P＜0.05)。随病理分级及分期的增高，cyclin D1与cyclin E的阳性表达率升高(P＜0.05)，p27的阳性表达率下降(P＜0.05)，且cyclin D1、cyclin E均与p27的表达呈负相关(P＜0.05)。结论  肾盂移行细胞癌组织中可见cyclin D1、cyclin E的过度表达及p27的失活，三者的联合检测有可能作为判断肾盂移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的生物学指标。

Expression and significance of cyclin D1, cyclin E and p27 in transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis

Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of cell cycle regulatory factor D1 ( cyclin D1),cell cycle regulatory factor E (cyclin E) and p27 in transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis.
