| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨二氧化氯杀菌的影响因素。方法 用悬液定量杀菌法观察二氧化氯溶液的pH值、二氧化氯溶液浓度、杀菌时间、杀菌温度及有机物对杀菌效果的影响。结果 试验范围内 ,其杀菌效果随二氧化氯溶液pH值下降、浓度增加、杀菌时间延长、温度升高而提高 ,随有机物增加而减低。结论 以上各因素对二氧化氯杀菌均有一定的影响 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors influencing germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide.Method The suspension quantitative germicidal test have used to study the chlorine dioxide,the germicidal efficacy.Result The results showed that the germicidal efficacy increased with the decreasing pH value and the increasing concentration of the chlorine dioxide solution and the prolonging of the contact time and the temperature,and decreased with the presence of organic substances.Conclusion The pH,temperature,contact time,germicidal,the presence of organic substance and the concentration of the chlorine dioxide have significant influences on the germicidal efficacy. |
