| 摘 要： | 淫羊藿是一种补肾壮骨中药,广泛应用于骨科临床,其中主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物,包括淫羊藿总黄酮、淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿次苷等,具有促进成骨细胞分化、抑制破骨细胞分化与生成、促进软骨细胞生成等作用。故对近年来淫羊藿黄酮类化合物对骨及软骨细胞作用的实验研究作一综述,为其应用于临床提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Epimedium is a kind of traditional Chinese herbs for tonifying kidney and strengthening bones,and it has been widely used in orthopaedic practice.Flavonoids are its main active constituents,including total flavons of epimedium,icariin,icariside and so on.They can promote proliferation of osteoblast,inhibit differentiation and proliferation of osteoclast,and promote growth of chondrocytes.This paper reviews advances in experimental studies on flavonoids in epimedium for bone and joint diseases in recent years,to provid theories for clinical application. |
