| Abstract: | The article summarized the experiences of how to facilitate normalization construction in military hospital as follows. Firstly, institution mechanism is the precondition of ensuring the performing of normalization construction. Secondly, it is a utility method to expand normalization construction to get hold of emphasis. Thirdly, institution is the important guarantee to promote quality of normalization construction. Fourthly, keeping inventing is the motivation of richening connotation of normalization construction ; fifthly, service for human beings is the most important objective of normalization construction in hospital. |
