| 摘 要： | 树突状细胞是目前已知的功能最强的抗原提呈细胞,具有捕获、提呈抗原和致敏初始型T细胞的功能。经肿瘤抗原刺激的树突状细胞能诱导T细胞产生特异性肿瘤杀伤作用。本文简单介绍树突状细胞的生物学特性,着重阐述其在妇科肿瘤的免疫治疗方面的新进展。

| Abstract: | Dendritic cell is known as the strongest antigen-presentation cell at present,which has effect of capturing and presenting antigen and sensitizing neotype T cells.Dendritic cells stimulated by tumor antigen can induce T cells to produce specific tumor killing efficacy.This review briefly introduces the dendritic cell biology,and mainly discusses the new progress of its role in the immunological treatment for gynecological cancer. |
