| Abstract: | The paper introduces the definition of structured electronic medical record, elaborates how to make the templates for structured electronic medical record, establish master patient indexes and integrate various information systems in electronic medical record implementation process, so as to guide the doctors to correctly understand the features and specifications of electronic medical record. |
