维生素A对色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠毒性作用的影响

摘    要:目的:实验观察维生素A对色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠毒性作用的影响。方法:采用微核试验和精子畸形分析方法,观察维生素A对色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率作用的影响,并作Poisson分布资料的u检验。结果:色拉油烟冷凝物5ml/kg组和10ml/kg组小鼠的微核率和精子畸形率均显著地高于2.5ml/kg组和单纯色拉油对照组(P<0.01),而2.5ml/kg组未显示致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率升高作用(P>0.05);给小鼠补充维生素A后,可明显地减弱色拉油烟冷凝物致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率升高的作用(P<0.01)。结论:色拉油烟冷凝物可致小鼠微核率和精子畸形率明显升高,而补充维生素A后可降低其毒性作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of vitamin A(Vit A) on the toxicity of salad oil vapor condensate in mice.Methods:The effect of Vit A on the rate of micronucleus and sperm aberration was observed in experimental mice.The toxicity was calculated statistically in u test of the Poisson distribution data.Results:The rate of micronucleus and sperm aberration in mice with salad oil vapor condensate in dose of 5 ml/kg and 10 ml/kg groups was abviously higher than that in dose of 2.5 ml/kg and salad oil control groups( P <0.01).After adminlstration of Vit A in dose of 1.02 mg/kg,the rate of micronucleus and of sperm aberration was significantly lowered( P <0.01).Conclusions:The effect of Vit A on the toxicity of salad oil vapor condensate was significant in mice.
