摘    要:在中医院校《诊断学基础》基本技能实训教学中使用教师标准化病人,强化临床基本技能实训教学模式,让学生在多次强化的实际操作实训中,巩固理论知识,把知识变为技能、技巧。是确保学生基本理论与临床基本技能即“双基”能力的提高,增强临床实习的自信心,缩短从课堂到临床实践磨合期的有效途径。

Abstract:In the basic skill teaching of "Diagnostics Foundation" in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, the standardized patients are used to strengthen students' clinical basic skill, let them consolidate their theoretical knowledge and change it into their skills, which is an effective way to guarantee the students to enhance their "double-base" ability, namely the elementary theory and clinical basic skill, and their self-confidence and shorten the time from the classroom to the clinical practice running-in period.
