| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝移植在胆系疾病终末期的适应证选择,并作初步评价.方法结合10例胆系疾病终末期患者行肝移植的经验,总结肝移植在胆系疾病终末期的适应范围.结果肝移植可选择性应用于肝门部胆管癌、肝胆管结石病、胆管损伤反复治疗失败、硬化性胆管炎、弥漫型Caroli病、先天性胆道闭锁、肝移植术后胆管并发症等胆系疾病.结论肝移植在胆系疾病终末期具有不可替代的作用,预后较好,有广泛的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the selection on liver transplantation in end-stage of disease of biliary system.Methods Based on the experiments of 10 cases liver transplantation in end-stage of disease of biliary system,sumarry the indication of liver transplantation in end-stage of disease of biliary system.Results Liver transplantation can selectedly indicate in Hiliar Cholangiocarcinoma,hepatic calculus disease,trauma of biliary tract fail in repeated treatment,sclerosing cholangitis,diffuse Caroli,disease,congenital atresia of biliary tract,complication of biliary tract posttransplantation.Conclusion Liver transplantation plays an inalternate role on end-stage of disease of biliary system,provide a promising prospect. |
