胃癌患者化疗期应用黄芪联合丹参注射液疗效分析

目的探讨黄芪联合丹参注射液在胃癌患者化疗期间的应用意义及疗效分析。方法将130例胃癌化疗患者随机分为对照组65例（常规采用FOL-FOX方案进行化疗）;观察组65例（FOL-FOX方案基础上加用黄芪联合丹参注射）,对照两组治疗前后白细胞（WBC）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、体重水平变化及治疗期间两组患者化疗毒性反应度。结果两组患者治疗前白细胞（WBC）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、体重比较（t=3.21、3.44、3.45,P〉0.05,无显著性差异）;治疗后白细胞（WBC）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、体重水平比较（t=5.66、6.23、6.77,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异）;治疗期间两组患者化疗毒性反应度比较（t=4.31、4.56、6.11、5.33、5.43,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异）。结论黄芪联合丹参注射液应用于胃癌患者化疗期间可以减少患者化疗毒性反应,增加白细胞水平,具有增效减副作用。

Gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy with Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection curative effect analysis

Objective Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection in gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy and its significance in curative effect analysis. Methods 130 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into 65 cases in the control group （routine with FOL-FOX scheme chemotherapy）, 65 cases in observation group （FOL-FOX regimen plus huangqi with Salvia dansen injection）, group two before and after treatment of white blood cell （WBC）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, body weight changes during treatment and two group of patients treated with chemotherapy toxicity reaction. Results Two groups of patients before treatment of white blood cell （WBC）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, weight （t=3.21, 3.44, 3.45, P0.05, no significant difference after treatment）.white blood cell （WBC）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, weight level comparison （t=5.66, 6.23, 6.77, P0.05, has a significant difference）.During treatment in two groups of patients with chemotherapy toxicity reaction of （t=4.31, 4.56, 6.11, 5.33, 5.43, P0.05, with significant difference）. Conclusion Huangqi injection combined with Danshen injection used in patients with gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, increased white blood cell level, has the efficacy and reducing side effects.
