医药分开改革下医院药品供应链服务外包的探索

Exploration of Service Outsourcing Based on Supply Chain Management of Hospital Drugs Under the Separation of Clinic from Pharmacy

With the deepening of the zero-profit drug policy,drug management model in the hospital needs to be reformed urgently.Applying the Third Party Logistics,Renji Hospital（South） Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine has established a new brand management model of pharmaceutical outsourcing logistics and built a unified and systematized pharmacy.The supply chain management is thus realized via an information-based,automatic and intellectual solution.
