| Abstract: | Talent is the intangible assets and wealth of hospital. Talent is not only the foundation and power of hospital sustainable development, but also the core and key of modern element of competition. Through the summarization of the talent cultivation practice, a pathway of talent cultivation is designed and explored through the talent introduction, cultivation, and use and evaluation, to effectively promote the virtuous development of the professional personnel team. |
