| Abstract: | The specific strategies of Beijing Ditan Hospital strategic transition are introduced,the strategic position of＂specialist character,comprehensive development＂ is established,resource integration focuses on infectious disease specialist,and academic leaders are introduced to form the comprehensive specialties.The transformation has got good effect.The characteristic of infectious disease specialty has been more obvious,the comprehensive specialties have developed steadily,and the hospital＇s overall strength has improved significantly. |
